-NECK: Measure the circumference midway between the ears and base of neck.

-CHEST: Measure around the widest/deepest part of the chest — usually right behind the front legs.

-LENGTH: Measure along the back from between the shoulder blades to the base of the tail.

-COLLAR: Height of the turtleneck collar.

CARING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Turn the item inside out.
- Hand wash in cold water separately.

The fabric is very soft and is warm but breathable. This is the only clothing that I have found that fits my dog's log body and neck and short legs. My Chihuahua/Dachshund mix is hard to dress, but I think he will have a more comfortable cold season now.
